Thank you for your advice on the "101 networking." I will definitely look into it when I return from Olympia. I did not use this site to my fullest the last time I was here. At the time I was trying to network here to find Green building companies. Since then I have returned to college, and am currently attending Eastern Washington University. My major is Government (pre-law). I intend on transferring to Gonzaga for Governmental and Native American law. Next quarter I will be an intern for John McCoy House Democrat of the 38th district. I look forward to the challenges that I will be facing. Have a good day sir.

Thank you Ed for your welcome!  I enjoyed my first Launchpad network event yesterday and am truly pleased to participate going forward.  I am also genuinely looking forward to meeting a variety of people/professionals and learning about Spokane industry and how we can grow as a community to grow our economic and workforce infrasctructure while also continuing to position our more "global" outlook and viability!

Thank you for the welcome Ed. I am looking for communities to join, but with the busy holiday weekend I haven't taken the time to begin looking.

I'm woefully behind in answering, Ed. Thanks for asking. I'm a voice actor, writing and speaker coach based in Spokane. I've been in the industry for over 15 years and love the diversity of clients with whom I get to work. KSPS, Assessment Technologies Institute and Union Gospel Mission are a couple of my regular clients. I was privileged to narrate the Fox Theater documentary and a recent one on women's suffrage in Washington State for KSPS. (My demos are available at http://upstartpro.com.)

I've done corporate narration, educational projects, TV and radio ads, voice-mail and on-hold messaging, web audio and instructional narration. My clients range from Spokane to New York, Sweden to Malaysia. That's the wonder of digital technology. Most of my work is from home where I have a digital studio.

I'm looking to connect with anyone needing voice-over services: corporate or promotional projects, TV and radio ads, training DVDs, on-hold messaging, voice-mail or phone tree recording. I also offer scriptwriting services for a wide variety of projects. And while I don't typically do full production myself, I work with some outstanding folks who do - Mortimore Productions, SoundLogic Audio, House of Sound, to name just a few.

I heard more on LaunchPad from Jennifer Evans at NAWBO last week. I'm hoping to attend the next LP networking event.
