In the pursuit of a more consistent and guiding framework, LaunchPad is focusing on what is really important regarding the development of business relationships within our community.

As a result, we are re-“launching” the mission statement and core values that will guide LaunchPad into the future. We have aligned to create a sense of community while supporting our local economy by enhancing the potential for individual achievement.

At LaunchPad, we believe in creating the best networking experience for both our members and partners. This is evidently highlighted through our new and more complete mission statement:

“LaunchPad INW provides tools and services that empower our members and partners to develop, foster and sustain credible business relationships.”

As we propel into the future, we hope to use this statement as the guiding force behind everything that we do at LaunchPad. Our core values further reflect this vision:

Economic Sustainability: Supporting entrepreneurs and innovators in their quest to open new ventures, helping existing companies to exceed their business goals.

Community Pride: Promoting local business successes taking place in the Inland Northwest through our robust media network.

Individual Achievement: Giving people the tools and training necessary to forge lifelong connections and become successful personally and professionally, transforming the individual to transform our community.

By linking professional networking with Community Partnerships, LaunchPad is able to foster the development of important business relationships within our region.
