I'm happy to announce the return of Get Listed's Local University to Spokane! We'll be returning to Northern Quest Resort & Casino for a day-long Internet marketing workshop on February 25th, 2011. You'll learn Search Engine Optimization tips and techniques that will lead to sustained, long-term search engine rankings (and new customers). We're really excited about our second event in Spokane and are offering an early bird discount of $119 if you register before the end of the year. Our last session of the day highlights several LOCAL success stories. How did they find online success for their businesses in the past year? They'll let us know exactly how they did it! The speakers on this panel will be Josh Wade (Nectar Tasting Room), Mariah McKay (The Spovangelist & Shrinking Violets - If her new Olympia role/schedule permits), Chris Reilly (Unleashed Online Marketing), Barb Chamberlain (Washington State University), and Tim McManus (Rockin' B Ranch) to name a few. Our final Q&A of the day will follow this session and will be an excellent opportunity to ask your final questions to any of the day's presenters. Then it'll be time to give your brain a break and enjoy some appetizers and libations with your fellow attendees and presenters at our networking happy hour.
And though he won't be presenting in the session, one of my favorite local success stories in Spokane is still Tacos El Sol. Fernando and his family have killer tacos, a clean truck, an awesome YouTube video, and deliver service with a smile.
