I know we've had a long and rich relationship.  You've seen me through some bad times and I know I've returned the favor.  When I scream at you because of your inflexibility and you steadfastly insist that I must conform to your ways, well, I really didn't mean what I said.  I was just caught up in the moment and didn't think before speaking.

I do want to tell you, however, that I have started seeing another presentation software platform.  It's not you, it's completely and totally me.  You're great.  It's just that... Well, I know that a lot of people would be attracted to a free, intuitive, fun and flexible whiteboard type of presentation format that allows users to click and drag documents, photos, imbedded YouTube links, store the presentation in "the cloud" and put the content together in a format that flows seamlessly from one to the other without tacky swirling or pixelated screen transitions  No, no!  I'm not saying that you're tacky.  I... I'm just saying that our relationship lent itself to tackiness.  Again, it's me and not you.  Yes, prezi.com is nearly everything that someone could want in terms of presentation software but don't be upset or jealous.  The heart works in strange and unpredictable ways, much like you.

I know these upcoming days and weeks will be hard on both of us but we'll get through this and once we gain a little distance we'll be able to appreciate all the fine characteristics we each hold.  I wish you nothing but the best and an uninterrupted future of snoozing audiences.
