Getting Juiced up - Ridiculously Fit Blog

Yeah, that's right.  I'm going on the juice.  I'm pretty sure it will improve my workouts and cut a few extra pounds off me as well.

Get stronger...Hit Longer

Seems like a pretty simple formula right? However, we need to keep in mind that the golf swing is a complex movement that requires a high level of timing and coordination. As we continue our pre-season workouts lets keep a few things in mind regarding exercise.



Running/walking on a treadmill or eliptical trainer is great work for our lower body and our cardiovascular system. It will definitely improve your ability to walk the course, carry clubs, and not gas out with 5 holes to go.… Continue

Feel Better, Look Better, Golf Better...rinse and repeat

Alright, hopefully I have a bit of your attention and will try to keep that going. I don’t know about you but despite the frozen wastes outside I’m still thinking about my last round. It was out at Fairways, near Cheney, and for me, it was a good round. Now, I have no doubt some of you out there would scoff at my ‘good’ score, while I drool over one of your ‘off days’ but you get my drift.
