Could your Facebook profile be a predictor of job performance?

I really like the importance of profile perfection! I found this article last week on the Wall Street Journal website and felt it would be worth posting here!

A new study from Northern Illinois University, the University of Evansville and Auburn University suggests it can.

In an experiment, three "raters"—comprising one university professor and two students—were presented with the Facebook profiles of 56 college students with jobs.

The new Facebook Timeline - A positive change!

We all will agree that Facebook has become a great and useful tool for any business. We also can see that so many of the small businesses in Spokane, who would largely benefit from social media, refuse to embrace the concept of at least Facebook.
