New Book Coming Out In August of 2012

I am very, very excited that my new book is coming out: "It Is What It Is, The Five C's of Life!

The Book is about Five C's that we face every day, and what do we do when they enter into our lives.  It is part of my motivational speaking/empowerment series for 2012-2013.

As a Self-Publisher and Motivational Speaker I am excited to have the opportunity to share with others who have the same interest as I do and as a poet, can't wait to do my smooth jazz spoken word…

I refer specifically to divorce, but the spirit of what I'm discussing applies to all of us in many areas of life- How and Why you…

Women's Resource Partnership ~ it's not always about money

We recently held a shopping event for women and I feel like it was a HUGE success.  I have since come to realize that not all of us have the same definition of success.

How much money did i make?  One question I have been asked quite a few time...here is my answer...i made enough to cover the cost of the event and enough to help me cover expenses for the next event.

In my heart that is not an important question.

A more important question, for…

An employee handbook is important for all businesses; big or small.   A handbook is a great way to introduce new employees to your company as well as promote a sense of fairness amongst the employees in your company.  A well-written handbook can also help you defend against a wrongful termination lawsuit, if one should arise.

By providing an introduction to the business at the beginning you can help your employees feel welcome. A history of the workplace and it’s…
