Financial freedom doesn't come from having plenty of money, it comes from being free of worry about money. Do you believe that you can be free of worrying about money, even if you think you don't have enough?
Here's the mindset: Money is simply an idea! If suddenly the dollar had no value, would it be important to you? Or would you be more interested in getting whatever the new currency is? How would you do that?
You would use your brains, talent, resourcefulness, etc. That is…

Sales Career - Year 5, Month 4
At this point we can hardly ignore that to compete effectively in today's market we must embrace social media. Instead of a way to compete, though, I would rather look at it as an essential element of being there for my current and future clients on their terms.
When and how do they want to engage? When and how do they want to get to know me better? What do they want to know? Where do they want to meet with me? How do they…

Sales Career - Year 4, Month 4
A lesson I learned that precedes a happy consultative career is to do what you love. Cliche, you say? Yes it is. But while it is easy to say, how do you discover an opportunity that not only provides the income you need to survive but also has the "love" factor? With so many opportunities out there, how do you find "The One"?
I love to dance, I love to sing, I love to act. I still do those things for my own enjoyment but I don't…
