After living and working in Boston, New York, New Jersey and Copenhagen, Denmark I returned home to the inland northwest to begin a law practice. As a corporate attorney, I use my business background to assist business clients that need to raise debt or equity financing or that are involved in mergers or acquistions with other companies.
