Seldom do I read fashion magazines (insert remark about my fashion sense here), but one found its way to me recently (my fashion forward daughters will be thrilled). Since I am thinking spring, I thought it would be fun to peruse the pages to see what is coming in the world of fashion in the upcoming warmer months. That in itself is reason to celebrate.
