My skills include; a well-rounded background in operations and call center management centered in the sales and service departments.   I've demonstrated a well-defined results orientation, along with the ability to motivate and drive outstanding performance in others. I accomplished this through my instinctive ability to build relationships and strong alliances. I hold several national awards from top companies, one being the MVP award for coaching and development from Travelers Insurance.

In addition to my performance at work, you will find that I have a passion for volunteering within the community. I have worked with several organizations such as CASA/gal, Guild School, DYW (aka Jr. Miss) Judges Chair and Executive Board, Jr. Achievement, served on the Board of Directors for the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce as well as chaired their educational committee and numerous others.
