As the Events Manager for LaunchPad, it is my job to stay ahead of the game and always be planning events our members will enjoy. As a parent, it's that time of year when I realize summer is around the corner and wonder how I am going to entertain three children for 3 whole months!

This week has been a particularly challenging week with three events on the LaunchPad calendar. We hosted one event offsite and two here at the Lounge. At each of these events we served food, so an accurate head count was critical. As with each event we host, 24 hours prior I had to start guessing at how many guests I thought we'd have.
