I'm an architect who worked on a few urban renewal multi-family projects in and around downtown the last few years. I would love to talk with you about future projects at Kendall Yards.
It was wonderful meeting you last Thursday night at the LaunchPad. I appreciated the things you had to say about creating a local community we can be proud of (and our children will enjoy). Congratulations on the new addition to your home (baby!).
I was actually turned on the the CGP designation through the SHBA and the Built Green program. I have also been to many other courses in regards to building science. The CGP designation is acctually through the NAHB and is recomended by Built Green for its members. To be 100% honest, I kind of went through the motions to get the designation since some of the realtors on the education committee for Built Green thought it was valuable. LEED AP is my next step and I kind of have some of the same feelings on it so far as well.
I am curious about your Green Professional certification. How/where did you get it (meaning what training program)? How did you choose that certification type? Seems like many out there these days.
