Not enough credit?

Posted on July 14, 2011 at 12:00pm 0 Comments

Recently I have had several young couples in my Spokane office eager to get pre-qualified as first time home buyers.  Homes in Spokane are very fairly priced and interest rates are great.   Inventory is plentiful.  Everyone is excited to "do business".

These carefree but hardworking apartment dwellers or K.I.B.'s (kids in basement) have on the one hand, wisely avoided bad credit, but on the…

Go Eagles!

Eastern is headed to THE BIG game.  How great is that?   Really great in my book.   In spite of, or maybe because of, being a Whittie (Whitman College, a football powerhouse) I am an ardent supporter of the "home" team -- Cougars, Bulldogs, Eagles .....I love them all.

It is history in the making as Eastern meets Delaware this afternoon.  I'm leaving work early to catch the game!

Celebration of Christmas & Appreciation

Posted on December 28, 2010 at 11:49am 0 Comments

We attended a holiday party at the home of a client who recently moved to a beautiful south hill home.  The home was in their price range and after looking at many, many homes, they determined it to be "perfect".  I was pleased to be one of the important links between renting and home ownership.  As with all transactions, I wanted everything to go smoothly, but of course hopes and dreams were dashed when some financial issues came up…

It was great to see you and Tana, and we enjoyed the Boomers event. When you're still 24 in your head, it's sobering to realize you're actually of retirement age :-)

Hi Jack! It has been a while since I logged into Launchpad. I am going to start using this networking tool more often.  I attended one workshop and it was good so perhaps more will be offered soon.

Hi Jack! Thanks for the comment! My dad encouraged me to sign up for LaunchPad and I am still a little unsure of how to utilize it but I think it's great! Really fun to hear from you!!

Thank you Jack. It was great talking with you, and thanks so much for helping Ken and Elaine. They really appreciated it and think you are terrific, which I already knew, of course.

Yes Jack, this is our last year in the show then we will join you as Hambones. Scott and I were Show Chairs in 2009 for MayHam at the Museum. Breaking records for ad sales at $62,000+ this year and on track to break an overall show revenue record of hopefully over $100,000 this year for the first time ever! If show ticket sales continue through Saturday night's show we will likely break the $100K mark! Hope you can make one of the remaining shows. Thanks for your encouragement and support all these years! Susan

No problem! I've been able to talk with a handful of agents or people who've worked in related fields. The more input you get the better your information is.

Thanks!

I think I saw you at the Profile Optimization event? I see you are in real estate lending. I recently started marketing photography services to the real estate sector. I'm still getting a bead on the market potential. I get the impression that at least 20-30% of the listings involved photos that were hired out. Many of those for the Virtual Tours (tourfactory.com). Do have any direct or indirect info on this necessary evil of real estate listings?!

here's a link of my initial work on a Picasa Web Album- sample HDR residential photos

thanks!

Kent
