I started in Spokane as a VISTA at Spokane Neighborhoods Economic Development Alliance, where my job was to develop a network of wannabe-small-business referrers from Spokane neighborhoods and local lenders, so that SNEDA could help find or provide financing for new entrepreneurs. JR-It's got great potential. I've already gotten several comment and connections in the last 12 hours. I'm going to go ahead a post an event listing for Girls Day Out and the founder of the site, Bill suggested we start a Hillyard "Community." I told him we probably would be interested.
I think this will be a great tool for reaching an audience that we usually don't.
