Hi Garrin- I enjoyed Bobby Broom and the bass player is a friend of mine and former bandmate. Brian MCCann and I were part of Nu Jack City when they opened for Booker T Jones at Pig Out in 2007. I love his playing! He is tasty and creative. I posted a note yesterday in the Music and Nightlife community about the Spokane Jazz Guitar Society. I will post next time prior to the event to see if we can create a larger attendance. take it easy, nice to meet you!

Hi Garrin, I look forward to meeting and hearing you play soon! Thanks for reaching out. My husband used to be a promoter in Alaska, bringing in all the jazz up there for a while a few years back. We love jazz and blues and want to help bring more of it to Spokane! Whatever happened to being able to go out, have some good wine and company while listening to some outstanding music in Spokane? Leave the Blvd and places to the younger folks - we have moved on and grown up :) LOL
Welcome to the group Garrin! Do you do swing lessons? Every couple of years or so my wife and I take lessons and LOVE it. We've talked about getting going again. We always stop long enough to forget everything we learned.
