One of our more difficult properties we clean is the Waterford retirement home up on the south hill. It requires us to be very good with the boom. We are squeezing it between trees, porches, over roofs, etc. So I would rate myself a 10. Each machine is different, so depending on what machine the rental company gives us, we take a few little "test drives" just to feel the controls and the sensitivity of it. And of course I have all safety harnesses and equipment OSHA requires and sometimes more.
