Today is the designated day to give Thanks - Everyday is Thanksgiving!

Last year while celebrating Thanksgiving with my family, instead of the norm of one person giving grace, I tried something different and that is simply this. Go around the room and everybody states aloud one thing that they are grateful for and then keep going to the last person has spoken. If they can speak, then they can participate. When we say it to ourselves God hears it, when we say it out loud others hear it and it's a positive affirmation.

I remember many years ago after my then 5 year old son Little Dennis was killed. At that point, I had many adversities in my life but this topped them all by a landslide. I believe that this is the worst tragedy that could befall any parent. It's about 5 am on Tuesday morning November 25th, 2008. As my eyes flicker open I realize as I do everyday how fortunate I am and give thanks to the universe for allowing me the opportunity one more time to make a difference in the world. This time next week I will be on an 18 event speaking tour and I am so excited because I am living my dream. That message, as I say on my voice mail is the $50,000.00 question! One of the greatest laws that you can live and believe is the more that you give, the more you receive. You can call it the law of attraction, boomerang effect, sewing and reaping or whatever. The great thing about it whenever you enrich the life of someone else your life is also enriched. I see this time after time, day after day.

Good to hear from you and yes I do remember you, it was some years ago I was doing a program for SFCC and if my memory serves me right the program was "The Magic of Making Stress Work For You."
Could you clarify that statement "I want to succeed." You have already succeeded. Would the proper question be you are ready to take your success to a higher level and some attitudes and beliefs are incongruent causing you to sabotage the success you really deserve and want?
One of the exercises I love to do is called blinkley's closet where the volunteer has the opportunity of examining their beliefs and actions, sometimes if when I take them outside of their environment and they have a out of body experience and sometimes instantly they are able to see what the blocks are and the steps they need to take to achieve the success.
Remember the definition of insanity "doing the same thing over and over and expecting a difference result!" Change the action and the results change and it begins with beliefs that's why the bible says "according to your faith it is done unto you!?

- You are absolutely right, success leaves clues. So does failure. Unfortunately too many people do what the masses are doing. There is indeed a price tag for success as there is one for failure, the wonderful thing about is success has benefits, the price tag for failure is regret.
