Dave, thanks for the feedback. When Randy and I met, I gave him kind of the same story; that your help desk team needs to establish their culture and mantra before you start asking the end user to change. WHY must everything revolve around codependence and the 12 steps! Just kidding.....not.

I have been asked to create a campaign for one of the TROI hosted service clients that focuses on changing the behavior of the client so they will call the help desk earlier in the problem cycle. In other words, we are trying to develop a prevention program. Has your help desk team implemented anything like this? I'm quite interested in why people delay calling the help desk.
