My background has been in Customer Service-oriented employ; from my teen years working in Automobile Service Stations (back when Full-service was the norm); to 13 years as a Route Sales/Service person; through Work-study positions when I returned to college as an adult; through more than 6 years' exempt-level experience as a Human Resources Manager; through 4 years working as a Handyman/Mr. Fixit; to my most recent position in Disaster Remediation.
