I favor limited use of digital signs with some sort of regulation or design review process. I love the idea of an arts based approach.

Excellent idea! Maybe we can get some of our talented and innovative artists to help out. Any suggestions? Pictures of art based signs to post? Maybe even something interactive could be developed that would be unique to Spokane.
