@Candess - I've looked at both sites now. Each of them should have no trouble using Wordpress.

@Jeff Thanks for the typography comment. I had to look up what it meant and then had a good belly laugh because I had to look it up. Who says geeks and geekettes have no fun! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typography

@Jeff - thanks for the link. At this time I am getting a free program through a bonus for something I signed up for, but will keep this link as well!

@ Greg Did you see my energymedicinedna.com site or the candesscampbell.com site. The first one is much more complicated and so I hope wordpress will work with it.

Happy to hear Wordpress will be a good move. I am still in the learning phases of this program and want to get the big picture before I make too many changes, but wordpress sounds solid from your responses!

@Candess Thesis is a good theme if you want to make landing pages. Here is a tutorial that covers all the bases - http://www.kristarella.com/2010/09/thesis-squeeze-and-landing-pages/

@Greg Thanks, I love Condensed.

Candess - Wordpress should be a good change from Joomla. I have seen your site and it would fit your needs well.

Jeff- nice use of typography on your new blog design.

Candess - I think Wordpress is easier than Joomla, especially if you don't have a technical background, and you don't need anything too sophisticated to make squeeze pages in Wordpress.

I just realized my website is a Joomla program. I am thinking of changing to Wordpress because I may want to use Optimize Press or Kajabi for squeeze pages. Anyone know if Wordpress will do the same as Joomla?

Nice Kevin, WordPress.com is a great way to get familiar with WordPress.

I just recently did a redesign of my blog. I'm still (slowly) rebuilding the architecture and some of the content. It's pretty early still, but I am very happy with the results so far. http://jeffsebring.com/

I'm using a lot of CSS3 there, which can be seen in most modern browsers. There are no images in the design.
