My apologies-- I thought I'd managed to post the STEM event taking place tonight at Mobius Science Center in the STEM Community-- but it appears I did not.

I hope some of the STEM community members will consider joining us for an evening focused on STEM topics, taping of the LaunchPad Live Show, and networking over appetizers and wine/beer.

5:30 - 5:30 p.m. at Mobius Science Center

811 W Main (across from Nordstrom, downtown)

$10 at the door unless you are a paid LaunchPad Pro/Plus Member or a college student with ID.

Thanks and hope to see you there!

Thanks for posting this information David-- it's an exciting collaboration and will most certainly tie in with other STEM initiatives presently going on in our community. They are recruiting for the Executive STEM Director position now.

Hooray! Dean Allen, Chair of the WA STEM Board, plans to sign the MOU awarding $220K WA STEM funding for planning the Spokane STEM Network. I am so excited about how this will help our efforts.

It looked like a great turn out today at SCC for the Ignite (Inspiring Girls Now In Technology Evolution). I felt so lucky to introduce one of my students who spoke at the opening session.
