Hi Genia,

I don't know if this would fit with the format but you can check out some of my Corporate Clean Comedy here and if you're interested we can discuss how this would work for you.

I am working on an event for us....Boomers Lifestyle Expo, coming in September 2011.  Our mission is to create an event full of "what's next" in the lifestyle of the Baby Boomer.  Being a boomer doesn't necessarily mean retirement...it means living a life full of passion and possibilities.....we will feature an interactive man cave, a travel room where you will leave with a tan and sand in your hair (well at least it should FEEL that way), and soooo much more....I love being a BOOMER!

Don't feel like I should be in this group, but chronologically I am.. I have a freshman & soph at CV who keep me young.. do remodeling, travel, camp, BEACH, roller coasters, etc. and hang out with young adults from church.. don't have much extra time for things that don't involve my kids yet, as I want to be with them as much as they will still have me until they leave!! My daughter actually said I have to go to college with her.. in  Rhode Island.. OK!!!!

At 54 I find myself wanting to share what I've learned.  I have a training company that provides First-Aid, CPR, AED training.  One of my passions is talking about EQ or Emotional Intelligence after writing an ebook on the subject titled "From D.E.S.P.A.I.R. To P.R.A.I.S.E.D."

Corporate comedy has become another way of producing a win-win-win-win situation.  MDA the local Muscular Dystrophy Association and are partnering to provide companies an opportunity to entertain their employees while at the same donating half of the fee to MDA as a donation. Isn't anybody already over the "50" mark!?  I can hardly wait to the 59 1/2 mark!

I'll be 50 in just a couple of months.  I have lived here all my life, so in half a century, I have seen this town change.  It was a total blast of a town to grow up in and a total blast of a town to grower wiser. (Notice I didn't say older!)

I BARELY fit into this age group (lol)!.  Looks like  a fun bunch for sure! Maybe all of you will get my sense of humor?

This is my year to turn 50 as well - so I'm in for any big celebrations (or small).  I am happy to help plan some small local get togethers so this group can have some face-to-face fun!  I would also help with any big events the group might be interested in.  I think 50 and beyond should just be one continual celebration - that way there is no time to complain!

I'm pleased to see this group form. Having transitioned from my "Fabulous Fifties" into the "Sensational Sixties," I continue to celebrate and honor these surprising decades. It's not AT ALL what I'd imagined in my younger days. Facilitating  workshops for "Women 50 and Better!" as well as training in Too Young to Retire and Third Age programs are outlets for my passion for who "older" adults can be.
