C. GEOGRAPHIC AREA
The area covered by the South Perry Business and Neighborhood Association shall be an area
centered on, and served by the businesses in, the area known as the Perry District in the City of
Spokane’s Neighborhood Business Centers Program. It’s boundaries are to be flexible in order
to allow members to join who consider the South Perry area between 7th and 17th Avenues their
business center.
D. PURPOSE
The Purpose of the SPBNA is to strengthen the South Perry Business District and the
surrounding community. Our values include: bringing new businesses to the District;
strengthening and promoting the businesses and non-profit organizations that are here; building
community among the residents and business owners in the area; helping South Perry continue
to be an attractive and healthy place for families.
