Hello All:

Yesterday, Pam and I delivered a 90-minute program on Business Credibility to the Marketing Associates of Spokane.  The content came from our research on what builds credibility for a professional and/or a business.  That information is the concept in our first book on credibility and the new one (which has not yet been released).  We’ve spend 20 years developing the information, processes and skills.

Judging from yesterday’s response, I'd say the program was a big success.  So, I'd like to extend an invitation to you:  Pam and I will teach you the same program - absolutely free.

It's not a sales or marketing program - it's a Business Credibility program.

That’s a serious distinction.  Without credibility purposefully added to your marketing/selling mix, you have to work a lot harder to write new business, the sales cycle is longer and referrals are difficult to get.  But when you add credibility to your mix, those problems tend to go away.

Perhaps Bill will let us use the LaunchPad space.

If you like this idea, please let me know.

Sounds good to me...
I would love to come to something like this. I was unable to make the presentation yesterday and was hoping you would offer it again, to the general public.
Let me know if you do please!
I would be interested in this class!
Bringing you a bit up-to-date:

Bill and I had a great meeting last week. We talked about the Credibility Class and a Sales Community networking event at the Launch Pad office. All we need to do how is set a date. And, because our group is new, I would greatly appreciate it if you could recruit some of your colleagues to join our Sales Community. Remember, as moderator, I don't make any money, so the benefit is actually shared among all of us. I like that.

Michael,

I would really benefit from this, please let me know if / when this would take place.
This sounds terrific! I just now saw this, so hope I'm not too late. I would love to know when you are going to be presenting again - I'll be there.
Greetings Jeryl,

Thanks for writing. No, you're not too late. We have not scheduled the workshop yet. So, you're in luck - well, at least you're in time.

Off-topic - as an equestrian, are you familiar with the horse orphanage in Viola, Idaho?

Mike,
I love this idea and would like to learn more. Breakfast or lunch is on me this time.

Hell Pam!

Excellent. In our last conversation we covered so many topics that we weren't able to go deep into any of them. Credibility is a topic I began thinking about in 1986 and started researching in 1991. We've written three books on how to build credibility, and it's one of the most requested topics in our coaching practice. In other words, it's something Pam and I know a great deal about. The difference is, we know how to help people get it, not just talk about it.

How about the first of next week?

Cheerio!
Michael
Sounds good. I'll touch base with you via Pam's email.

Cheers!
