I have a couple of projects in mind and need a little initial base information to determine which direction to take my research.

Can anybody tell me what the going cost per square foot rate for leasing commercial real estate is in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake? Also, if that can be broken down by subcategories of size, ie: 500-5,000 sq ft, 5,000 - 50,000 sq ft, etc) that would be great.

I was also wondering if anybody knows how many, or what percentage of the local commercial real estate is, or might be, business condominiums and what the cost per  square foot is for them?

Faithfully,

Norm Jewett

Regarding the discussion around taxes: Here's an interesting video that points to a recent WSJ article discussing a possible end to the mortgage interest tax deduction (I love these guys):

Kieth, it sounds very informative. I will try to make it, but Saturdays are rough with a family and in addition I have a homeless family of 5 living with me for a month.

Ed,
I plan to cover a range of topics so I think there would be great info. for anyone who may be involved in a real esate transaction any time soon. First timer, repeat buyer or investor.

Keith, I viewed your video, which has good info therein, but I have a question.
Would a one time buyer really want to know all that you know? Would you say this is more for, repeat buyer/investors, Buyers Reps, investment counselorsand novice realtors? There looks like there will be a lot of useful info for these groups at your seminar. I personally appreciate your professional knowledge, approach and your interest in raising the bar in our industry.
Thanks for your energy.

FYI. Issues affecting the real estate scene:
http://bit.ly/aZ08xp
http://bit.ly/cYY9cR
http://bit.ly/afsrkb
http://bit.ly/cUGrO0 Here I think they forgot to discuss the glut of homes in categories not within each market's income mean. You missed a good forum last Thursday with Greenstone Homes, Baker Construction & Dev., Ron Wells and GVD Development, where much of the above was discussed as it relates to the local market. http://maspokane.org/
