Built Green and E* Certifications - Does it matter to your clients?
We at greenstone have been certifying all of our homes to the Built Green guidelines as well as Energy Star. Does this really matter to your clients? It doesn't seem from a builders perspective that this is the case. Please share your thoughts. I would love input on how to get more awareness. Thanks.

We are getting an increase in Green cabinetry especially in the Bathroom Arena. We now have a couple of lines in the Free Standing type of Bathroom Vanities that which are part of the FSC certified "the mark of responsible forestry" and "1% for the Planet" member. They tend to be a bit more costly for these items and at this time we are making a few more sales with these products but not a significant increase as yet. Thanks... Jim
