I would like to personally invite all of you out to the Bing Crosby Theater this Saturday night  for a fund raiser/talent show hosted by the Fulcrum Institute for conflict resolution.  The fund raiser is for children.  Not only is this a great night of entertainment but you will be able to get a glimpse of the corporate comedy that I provide.  I am willing to come out for any non-profit's events for their staff and volunteers as a donated performance. So, check it out, have a fun evening and maybe find a resource for your folks.  I have posted the event here on LaunchPad if you would like more info.  Hope to see you there.

Hi all --

I know that finding funds for training/development is like getting blood from a stone these days, but just in case it works into your organization's plans the Foundation Center (of which the Spokane Public Library is a coalition member) is offering a series of three webinars surrounding the topic of building your nonprofit's sustainability.

Here are the details:

Please feel free to check out the art events in Spokane and artist opportunities at www.spokanearts.org,  We have about 178 arts organizations and businesses in Spokane and many are non-profit.  The Arts Commission has a supporting non-profit called the Spokane Arts Fund.

I'm so glad the Secy of State is offering this workshop.  Leadership Spokane is in compliance on all the major stuff, but raffles and serving alcohol at events are tricky and I want to make sure we're completely straight arrow!

Hi Karla,

In Idaho you can contact the Idaho Nonprofit Development Center at http://www.idahononprofits.org/.  They should be able to answer your question.  All the best.
