Please join us on Women’s Day, Tuesday, March 8th, for a celebration of the strength of women.  J.Jill, in the downtown mall, will be hosting an evening of appetizers, music, pampering, shopping and recognizing women from our New Leaf Bakery Job Training Program.  The event will go from 5:00 to 7:00 in the evening with a presentation at 5:30PM.  Local artist, Phil Lamb will be performing and Aveda skin care will be giving free mini-messages.  Come support our women for their hard work and dedication to the New Leaf Program and enjoy some special treatment for yourself as well!

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately these are the prices that have to be set given the cost of putting on the event. However, I do NOT plan on raising them and I would like to try to find a sponsor to fund a scholarship fund for orgs that do have a difficult time finding funding to attend. We'll see.

If you'd like to discuss this further, please contact me personally.

i echo karen's comments. My non-profit covers 14 counties with a staff of 6 full-time, 3 part-time anda lot fo volunteers. Our need for trying and to update our knowledge is one of our most presssing neeeds. But having taken three years of budget hits, we just can't afford these prices.
