Thank you Mark for posting this information. This is a program that I developed for several reasons, 1) most non-profits can't afford for a trained technician to come into their offices and try to ignore problems that could be signs of larger issues, 2) my people have national certifications, and years of experience with a variety of computers, and most are still in school for various computer related education, 3) my technicians are transitioning from other careers so they are familiar with a variety of business needs.
