Job Description: Regional Operations Manager

The person selected will work directly with the Managing Partner to oversee several of LaunchPad INW’s key focus areas including:

  • Membership Program
  • Events, workshops and forums
  • Day to day operations of the LaunchPad INW facility
  • Vendor management relationships
  • Various administrative duties and sales support

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Minimum Requirements:

Extremely focused on customer service and working in fast paced team environment
Strategic and critical thinking skills
Able to work, communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office and Google Suite of applications. Able to learn company specific applications.
Comfortable using social media tools including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and LaunchPadINW
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
Basic understanding of how to use social networking sites
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Experience in fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment with multiple, sometimes changing priorities.
Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established and tight deadlines.
Able to be flexible with work schedule and to meet last minute deadlines.
Ability to work some nights if necessary to assist with events

Education & Work Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Public Relations or related field a plus
5+ years experience in Operations Management, Sales or Customer Service Management

Compensation

First 90 days will be a contractor position (1099) that pays $1500/Mo plus a percentage of overall revenue. Potential to earn between $2000 and $4000 per month. The goal is to make this a permanent position with potential for increased salary and bonuses based on performance. There is potential for this person to become a partner.
