December Chapter Meeting: Reduce Stress by Tranquility from Inside Your Body /  Dec 1 / 5-8:30p

The Chinese traditional Qi Gong (Energy Adjustment Through Breathing Exercise) helps people learn to relax and help prevent sickness, physically and pshchologically.

Steve Wang, owner of The Chinese Cultural House, instructs and teaches the Healing Qi Gong, Tai Chi and martial arts. He has 20 years experience with Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong, his favorite styles. His experience has helped him develop an easy and practical method of passing knowledge and skills to his students. His teachings are fun for kids, adds confidence to adults, and provides healthy improvement to the public and stress reduction to business people.

The Inland NW Chapter of the Nat’l Assn of Women Business Owners will hold its annual banquet Thursday, October 13, 6:00 p.m., Lincoln Center. Tickets are $54. (pre-banquet business expo begins at 4:30 pm; live music will follow the dinner) For info and tickets, www.nawbonw.org.
