Don't miss this great workshop!!! Tuesday, January 24th at the LaunchPad Training Center at 120 N. Stevens from 5:30 pm to 6:30pm.  We all have food intolerances and learning how to avoid these foods can make the difference between health and disease.  Dr. Letitia Dick, N.D. and Dr. Caryn Potenza, N.D. of Windrose Naturopathic Clinic will be instructing the class.  Please bring 2 labels from boxed or canned food that will be reviewed in class.

Everyone should attend the upcoming Christmas Party for the Spokane Holistic Chamber of Commerce, Dec. 14th 6:30pm

We will be giving out the Holistic Awards and having fun.
