This is a valuable workshop for Health Care Providers!

Tuesday, January 24th at the LaunchPad Training Center at 120 N. Stevens from 5:30 pm to 6:30pm.  We all have food intolerances and learning how to avoid these foods can make the difference between health and disease.  Dr. Letitia Dick, N.D. and Dr. Caryn Potenza, N.D. of Windrose Naturopathic Clinic will be instructing the class.  Please bring 2 labels from boxed or canned food that will be reviewed in class.

I heard a rumor about a new plastic surgeon who is moving to Spokane by the name of Dr. Ryan Bringhurst or something to that effect.  Has anyone heard about this guy?  If so, can you provide me with his contact information?  I may need the assistance of a plastic surgeon in a case I'm working on.  Thank you!

Sounds like a great job to post on ourtownzip.com, and it would get the school districts message, events and fundraisers out to their base and neighborhood.
