You probably know me as the moderator of the LaunchPad Sales Community.  I'm also a business owner and author.  After a year of planning, Pam and I will be teaching two workshops for the LaunchPad community (that's you).  The first one is on July 20, and it is based on our 20 years of research into business credibility.  Here are some of the details:

 

The Credibility Advantage: Strategies and Tools for Increasing Business Results

 

Learn the specific processes and actions you can use to:  1) increase results, 2) shorten the sales cycle and 3) increase the value of your business - including:

 

■ How to pre-position your credibility so prospects sell themselves

■ How to ensure your overall brand (website, print materials, advertising and social media) create maximum credibility

■ How to enlist "other messengers" to become advocates for you

■ How to borrow credibility and leverage associations and relationships

■ How to ensure maximum personal credibility (how you look, speak, and write)

■ How to avoid damaging your credibility

 

This program is taught by my wife Pam and me.  The information in the program comes from our two books on credibility:  Axis of Influence: How Credibility and Likeability Intersect to Drive Success, and our newest book The Credibility Advantage: Strategies and Tools for Increasing Business Results.
