SUSTAINABLE SKILLS – Building the 21st Century Workforce in Clean Tech Forum

Join the Spokane Area Workforce Development Council and CleenNW with Launchpad INW’s Clean and Green Community and Next Generation Leaders for a community conversation regarding the critical workforce skills common to Clean-Tech companies focusing on:

  • Best practices for teaching/learning these skills
  • Current and potential skill gaps
  • Practical ways to fill the gaps as a regional consortium

Spokane Biodiesel Co-op, Gonzaga University, Sierra Club and Community-Minded Enterprises proudly present the Spokane premier of the movie FUEL. If you use petroleum or petroleum products, you should see FUEL. The movie trailer can be viewed @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upTCSSkxlxE.

Admission is Free - suggested donation is $5.00. The first 30 interested folks can obtain a copy of the FUEL DVD for a $15.00 donation. Date: September 22, 2010; Time: 7pm to 9pm; Place: Gonzaga University, Wolff Auditorium – Jepson 114. Seating is limited to 170; doors open at 6:45.
