Check out Twilight Wish Foundation, the very first national senior wish-granting organization, at The Giving Library, a new philanthropic website: http://givinglibrary.org/organizations/twilight-wish-foundation

Hello North Idaho:

We have received a last wish request for a 74-year-old woman who has colon cancer and a limited life expectancy. Her greatest wish is to visit her childhood home and best friend in Pittsfield, New Hampshire, one last time. Nellie lives alone in a very rural community in Orofino, Idaho, and would like to make this trip before she can no longer travel. It has been over 30 years since she has visited with her friends and family. Can you help us make Nellie's dream come true before it's too late?

Thanks much.

Good Morning,

We're extending an offer to CDA members (and Spokane members)  who find themselves doing business in Sandpoint for a free Day Pass at our open campus workspace (secure Wi-Fi, delicious local coffee, great atmosphere and community).  We'd love to meet you and have you "test drive" The Office Sandpoint. http://www.OfficeSandpoint.com    Anita Aurit

Hello Fellow North Idahoans!

I wanted to let you all know that there is a communications workshop being hosted by Kootenai County Young Professionals next Wednesday night by Effective Life Management Coach Tim Ward in Coeur D'Alene.

Everyone is welcome to this event to help us brush up on our business and personal communication, which let's be honest none of us has perfected. The 90 Minute session is $15 dollars and includes food/beverage from Bardenay (Note: Not at Bardenay, but HREI)

Come network with others in the area and brush up on some all too necessary life skills. It promises to be a lot of fun and helpful to all that attend.

Here is the link: http://conta.cc/t2NjAY

If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Look forward to seeing you there!

What kind of change can you make with $100? High school juniors and seniors, submit your ideas for a chance to put your idea into action...and even win $2,500! Check out STCU's "the hundred dollar project" to learn more.

I'd like the North Idaho Community to know that I'm currently hosting semi-weekly "Jelly" work events in the downtown area, and anyone is invited.

What's this Jelly thing I speak of? Jelly is a national movement of independent workers meeting up to work together every few weeks to break the monotony of working alone.

I like to think of it as a "study group" for the those working from their homes, coffee shops, etc. There's conversation, collaboration, a bit of organic networking, and most importantly, getting some work done with other productive people.

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, check out the official event site at http://cdajelly.eventbrite.com, or search for the FB "CDA JELLY" page.

Cheers,

Ryan
