Hi Jenelle,

In general, I think staffing agencies do a good job of trying to help both their clients and businesses that are their partners.  Perhaps the key to success is to chose a staffing agency that specializes in the type of employment you are interested in doing.  Remembering that to a hammer everything is a nail!

I believe there are a lot of "hidden" jobs in our region - they are never advertised, and the only way you might find them is to network and preferably go on informational interviews with companies you feel strongly that you can help.  Staffing agencies are very good at networking and may find some of these opportunities for you if you don't want to go it alone...

All that said, there is a new staffing agency in town and they may be able to help you.  I know the CEO & GM personally, and believe him to be a very honest and ethical individual...  So you might consider:
