@CC Setting Microsoft Entourage (Outlook in Windows) to handle both is fairly straight forward. Have you gone to the Genius Bar at the local Mac store with your two devices and have them take a look at the settings? They will do that for free. If you care to pay someone to set this up, we can set a meeting and get it done for you as well.

Is there anyone in the Spokane area that teaches classes on Outlook for Mac? I am having a difficult time getting my Exchange Server to work between my Pro and Air so I can have Outlook on both.

June, assuming you're talking about the iPhone or Ipod Touch, just touch and hold one of those icons down for a few seconds.  You'll see them all begin to shake and they'll all then have a little black "X" in the upper corner.  Just tap that X of the ones you want to delete and tada, it'll be gone.

How do I get rid of the Icons of websites I added to the home screen?

We have iPod Touches every day for $214.99 at Strong Solutions... you don't have to know a guy that knows a guy. Plus, you'll be supporting a local company.

We have some great cases as well starting at $10!

Creating Movie Builds
If you’ve placed a movie on a slide, it begins to play as soon as the slide appears, unless you specify otherwise. To be able to control when the movie starts and stops playing, you must create a movie build.

To set up a movie build:
  1. Select a movie on the slide canvas.
  2. Click Inspector in the toolbar, and then click the Build inspector button.
  3. Click Build In, and then choose Start Movie from the Effect pop-up menu.
  4. To stop the movie, click Build Out, and then choose Stop Movie from the Effect pop-up menu.

The movie starts and stops playing when the build occurs. As with other object builds, you can specify whether to control the movie playback by clicking or whether you want its playback automatically timed in sequence with other builds.

Jeff -- never mind that last one. The controls show up when you run the slide show. It seems to hide them in the preview pane.  All good.
