Need a jump start to excercise? The check out the new 4-week Series of Bootcamps that are starting Aug. 1 to Aug. 26. Sign-up at your local YMCA. I am a Wellness Coach at the Valley Y and also Coach some the Friday evening Boot Camps at 5:30PM. Hope to see you there!

Healthy Kids Day is coming Saturday, April 16, 2011

In communities across the country, the Y is the leading voice for health and well-being, working every day to bring children and families together to have fun, be healthy, get active and grow together.  YMCA's Healthy Kids Day is our largest national event supporting our focus on healthy living. 

 

Join us for FREE kids and family activities. Open to YMCA members and Non-Members alike. The Valley YMCA will be the host site for games, family classes, prizes, healthy snacks and much more. Have fun on the climbing wall, look forward to greenhouse activities, have a dance-off with 12 others with our new Exergame game system, play games with local athletes, race your parents though an obstacle course and much more! Be one of the first 200 kids through the door and receive a FREE T-Shirt. Bring your family between 10am and 1pm and join us in this community focused event.
