It's a Shame!
Half joking here but it's kind of a shame that people continue to join the SSYP Community on LaunchPad yet no one from SSYP communicates with the new members to inform them about membership benefits or events.
We would be happy to host an SSYP Event at our new LaunchPad Lounge, see attachment. Let me know if someone from SSYP would like to discuss this...thanks!

Valid point. We were posting SSYP events on Launchpad until the software transition and related glitches made the experience too frustrating and time consuming. We agree that this is potentially a great resource and we are willing to give it another try if things are running smoother again....In fact I just tried to use the site last week after our SSYP event at LeftBank, I posted photos and sent out our thanks to the LeftBank folks here on Launchpad, but my posting seems to have to disappeared(?!?).
There is only so much time and patience in a day to dedicate to the multiple communication forums we use to communicate to our members (our website, our newsletter, facebook, twitter, etc), so if a tool doesn't work, then we seldom have time to keep fiddling with it. It would be helpful if there was eventually a live tech support number to call when something does not work.
That being said, the offer to host an event at the Launchpad lounge is welcome and we will be happy to explore that with you further.
