Beer with WSU Athletics

Join us Thursday, April 19th for our SSYP "Beer With" Washington State University Athletics, featuring WSU Athletics Director, Bill Moos

Whether you are a WSU fan, alum or friend, we hope you'll join us for an engaging discussion with WSU Athletics Director, Bill Moos. Moos will talk with SSYP about his career in the Northwest as an Athletics Director, his roles and responsibilities at WSU, and what the future has in store for WSU athletics. Bring your questions!

Bill Moos began his duties as Washington State University Athletics Director in April 2010. During his time at WSU, Moos has spearheaded a department-wide re-branding effort with Nike, he’s secured a 10-year, $35 million marketing rights agreement with IMG College, and has gained preliminary Regents approval for a nearly $80 million addition and remodel of Martin Stadium.

Renewing members and non-members may pay their yearly dues at the door. Membership dues are $40 and valid for 12 months.

DATE: Thursday, April 19th

TIME: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

LOCATION: Sergio's Mexican Grill, 825 W. Riverside

COST: $5 for members, $10 for non-members. Includes your first drink and appetizers.

Renewing members and new members may pay their dues at the door ($40 for a 12-month membership.)

How will I benefit?

You'll capitalize on your personal and professional development and contribute to the leadership team that is moving this community forward. Leadership Spokane is always a great networking experience, but especially now, as an uncertain economy and budget cuts affect us all. The professional exchange and mutual encouragement in Leadership Spokane affords a place to share ideas.

What is the time commitment? 11 full days, September through June, with an average 2 to 4 hours per month homework.

What is the tuition?

Tuition of $3,000 ($2,750 with early bird applications received by 5 March 2012); some scholarships available.
