Event Description

The public is invited to a panel presentation on at-risk students and college success. The panel will feature discussion on preventing HS dropouts, educating low-income, minority, and immigrant populations, HS-to-college transitions, and the vital work the community can do to help educate our youth.

 

The panel features three local experts in the field:

Fred Schrumpf – Principal of Havermale HS & Director of Interventions, Spokane Public Schools

Jay Jordan - Vice Principal, Rogers High School, Spokane

Bob Maureen - Youth Development Coach, Campfire USA

 

The panel is sponsored by the District Admin Equity Committee and will be held Friday, April 15 at 8:30am at SFCC’s SUB Lounge A.
