Friday April 8^th, 6PM – 8:30PM – Pre-production

Saturday April 9^th, 8AM – 5PM - Production

Cost: $25 non-members, $20 kNIFVES members and students*

All meals are included in cost – dinner Friday night; breakfast and lunch on Saturday

Attending both days is strongly recommended, but not mandatory.

KNIFVES, Northwest Independent Film & Video Entertainment Society, will be holding a mentoring Commercial Production Workshop during which students will help produce a 30 second PSA highlighting the problem of domestic abuse in our region and alerting the public where they may seek help. The finished commercial will be shown on TV, the Internet and the OASIS home page as well as used for public discussions on the topic.

Don’t miss your chance to learn filmmaking from top professionals, earn production credits to help in your career and benefit our region by creating an important, lasting and vital commercial on a serious problem.

RSVP IS MANDATORY - we are using the Post Falls Police Department Abuse Victim’s Shelter Home to film in, because of sensitivity to the people residing there, the production’s shooting location will only be given to those attending the workshop.
