We encourage you to add relevant and appropriate content to this site which will help add to the community experience. Please use a photo of yourself for your profile picture. Do not use a logo or ad for your profile picture.. This forum and discussion board is provided as a service to the business community. It is our intention to provide a space where insight can be shared, discovered and expressed.

The following guidelines will assure that this community remains valuable and relevant to all who participate.

• PLEASE DO NOT SPAM. A post (blog, comment, discussion forum, video, etc.) will be considered as SPAM if: - it appears to be a self-promotion that fails to address the specific topics of the discussion. -It contains outbound links but no content. -It is perceived to be excessive or derogatory by the community moderator. - It fails to comply with the Terms of Use for LaunchPadINW.com. Any content perceived as Spam will be deleted. **Please see below for More on Spam
  
• DO GIVE YOURSELF CREDIT It is an acceptable practice to include your name, a short bio and your contact information at the bottom of your forum or blog postings. If you are contributing insight then be sure to include this information. The more you add value to the community, the more recognition you will receive as a thought-leader in your industry. Be sure to participate wherever possible.
  
• HAVE FUN The Golden Rule of all things social is to have fun. Thank you for being part of this community.

**More on Spam - At LaunchPad we define Spam as any undesired content generated for commercial purposes.  This content could be in (but not limited to) your blog, forum postings, events, private message and a comment you leave on another users comment wall.  If you as a user post spam here is what you can typically expect (we reserve the right to administer what ever level of suspension we deem to match the offense):

• 1st violation:  A friendly reminder about our Spam Policies.
  
• 2nd violation:  Your account will be frozen for 2 weeks. 
  
• 3rd violation:  Your account will be deleted and you will be banned for at least 6 months
  
• 4th violation:  Your account will be deleted and you will be banned for life.
